LEGAL ATTORNEY MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :
Qualifications & Experience:
LLB Degree
Right of Appearance in Court
Fidelity Fund Certificate
5 Years or More Legal Experience
5 Years or More Court Appearance or Representation Experience
Debt Review Experience Advantageous
Attributes:
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Working independently and as part of a team
Multi-tasking, fast learner
Strong Character
Ability to work under pressure
Strong negotiating skills
