My client a luxury group of restaurants and hotels is seeking to employ a Head Chef to manage one of their luxury kitchens based in Atlantic Seaboard.
Candidates must have the following:
Matric
Post qualification from Culinary School
2 years Head Chef experience essential
Menu Planning and Design
Manage Kitchen
Manage Staff
Manage Stock
Manage Health and Safety
Roster of Staff
Willing to work 6 days per week
Weekend, public holidays and school holidays with shifts
Own car
Presentable
Good command of the English language
Must have the luxury brand experience, not fast food experience
