Position Purpose:
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Foundation Management
Position outputs:
1. Office Management:
This core function involves administrative tasks including typing, diary management, travel arrangements, telephone and electronic management, and all logistics of the office of the Managers
2. Project Management:
Management of certain projects holistically with a specific deliverable in supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of all projects undertaken by the Managers.
3. Financial and procurement process and management:
The ability to work on SAPR3 for all purchase requisitions and procurement documents and discharge all financial, regulatory tasks, requirements, and processes of the Foundation
Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 certificate
Diploma/degree in public administration or an equivalent qualification
Training in project management is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
