Stock Controller Needed

Looking to appoint a seasoned Stock Controller with 5 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment. The Stock controller will need to be a strategic thinker, report directly to Operations Manager and be responsible for the inbound and outbound departments of the warehouse.

Purpose of the Job

To oversee the warehouse, inclusive of receiving, processing, dispatching and delivery of stock through to stores and bays. Manage all stock items and structuring thereof within the warehouse. To manage staff and other cost elements and improve productivity, efficiency, and stability.

Minimum requirements:
* Matric Certificate
* Diploma/Certificate in Logistics/Warehousing will be an advantage
* Valid code 8 drivers’ license
* Minimum 5 years in similar role
* Events, furniture or manufacturing background will be advantageous
* Computer literate – Excel and office packages as well as cloud-based programmes
* Experience on EPS or PM software advantageous
