OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for maintaining effective credit control procedures, in order to guarantee regular collections from debtors in accordance with fixed standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12 or a relevant qualification is compulsory.
Computer literate.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in debtor collections is highly recommended.
Knowledge of Debtors, Credit Notes & Journals highly recommended.
Ability to work at a fast pace.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to use correct business English and Afrikaans (including vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and punctuation) is required.
