We are looking to recruit a six (6) vibrant Health and Fitness Experts to work for COMFITNESSCONSULTANTS (CFC). The role will be based at Pinetown, Durban.
Job Summary:
The expert is certified to lead classes and perform personal training sessions and fitness classes for our clients. They are fitness professionals with extensive experience in the fitness field. The experts must be knowledgeable of all fitness offerings at com fitness consultants, hold current certification and have previous experience. They must possess excellent customer service skills in order to provide the highest quality environment and instruction that will meet the needs of our clients in the area of health and exercise.
Job Objectives:
To perform sessions with total focus on safety, attention, and timeliness.
Provide consistent professional fitness services, classes and personal training sessions in accordance with com fitness consultants’ protocols and accepted client line practices.
Educating and advising guests on fitness general health subjects.
Perform administrative duties in a complete, organized and accurate manner.
Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or clients of com fitness consultants that require attention.
Actively promote com fitness consultants, its treatments, services, seminars, and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Handle clients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for COM Fitness Consultants.
Assist in all of com fitness consultants’ operation as requested by management.
Experience and Education:
Degree in Sports Science/Human Movements Sciences or
Any form of Sport Coaching qualification or
National Certification in personal training, preferably with qualification in Yoga and Pilates
One year of industry experience and at least 6 months must be personal training clients
Job-related knowledge and skills:
Must have the enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer skills
Must be able to present information in front of a large group of people
