Duties:
Assisting with all aspects of administration management
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities
Sending out and receiving mail and email
Preparing business correspondence. Agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Managing documents and files
Managing filing systems
Managing database
Managing standard operating procedures
Assisting in various daily operations
Switchboard relief
Requirements:
Matric
Minimum of 1 -3 years related work experience
MS Office Qualification
ADVANCED Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Typing speed of 60+ words per minute (Essential – will be tested)
