The dispatch assistant oversees the scheduling, staging, tracking, and reporting of the day’s activities and interfaces with customers and other department staff. The position requires an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, communicate information clearly, and keep a constant focus on the work.

Must be able to communicate, write, and read in English.
Must be able to distinguish and identify colors.
To collate all daily/weekly orders from customers.
Assist with counting of stock for Dispatch Supervisor.
Preparing jobs for week commencing.
Ensure export documentation is delivered to Sales/Exports.
Ensure delivery notes are delivered to the Administrator on a daily basis.
Ensure the workplace is kept clean.
Ensure proper packing of products to utilize space efficiently.
Loading of products onto vehicles for customers.
Issue goods to technicians, if required.
Perform other duties as requested by the Dispatch Supervisor.
