Job description includes:
General office admin – managing telephone lines & keeping diaries
Office & consumable maintenance ( stationary, groceries, manage cleaning staff etc)
Basic HR – processing labour contracts, company documentation, work permits
Basic Internal Sales – data capturing for web & telephone enquiries
Sales invoices on SAGE
Debtors
Assist with Debtors control
Assist to follow up on Interim Payments
Assist to follow up on balance of job final payments
Prepare minutes for weekly meetings
Ordering & maintianing PPE gear
Assist with BEE File & Audit
Assist with Health & Safety File & Audit
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
