Key Performance Areas:
Administration functions
Deal effectively with customer queries and complaints
Communicate personally and telephonically with a diverse group of shoppers and clients
Provide feedback to Centre Management with regards to suggestions, complaints and compliments in order to provide a better shopping environment
Control the sales of gift vouchers
Handle cash daily
Assist with promotional activities such as competitions and shopper incentive programs
Control situations in the event of theft lost children or parents etc. This involves making public announcements, notifying security, etc.
Ensure effective communication in a crisis situation
Handle irate customers and tenants
Provide relief for switchboard and reception
Oversee the general operations of the Centre on weekends, i.e. efficient security, parking, escalators, lifts, and air cons
Customer Relations
Attend to customer and tenant general queries and complaints effectively and in line with standards

Matric
Required Knowledge:

Customer-orientated
Excellent communication skills
Must be computer literate
Experience
2 years general office experience
