Duties and Responsibilities:

Generalized handyman work i.e.plumbing, tiling, carpentry, replacement of ceiling boards, woodwork
Proactive Maintenance – Compile list of required materials and give requests to Facilities manager as and when needed, to enable successful execution of maintenance
Conduct daily building inspections and regular inspections of the facilities and equipment.
Manage Staff Lockers
Report repairs and maintenance to be done to Helpdesk
Monitor hand sanitizers and refill as necessary
Ensure that office storage space and bulk filing room is neat and tidy
Technical Services – Assist with setting up and removal of arranged equipment for meeting rooms. i.e laptops and projectors
Take monthly electrical/water readings

Candidate Requirements:

Significant experience gained within Facilities Management Service Delivery environment
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
PC Literate
Driver license essential
Grade12
