Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Shipping Logistics Manager
Create purchase orders
Monitor shipments and maintain an up to date shipping calendar
Liaise with clearing agents and generate relevant documentation
Check all clearing agent’s invoices
Complete costing sheets for each individual container
Liaise with internal/external parties
Provide assistance with other activities as and when required
Protect the integrity of the company at all times

Education and Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Thorough understanding of the logistics/shipping processes
Excellent business communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure
