Duties include the following :

Communicating needs to sales or design
answering phones and assisting with queries
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
Invoicing and sending statements
Tracking marketing and advertising initiatives
Following up on quotes/orders/payments
Mass emailing and database work
Admin and customer filing
Quoting and product information and education
Assisting on marketing shows and exhibitions
Seeing customers in designated area or industry
Researching suppliers & new products, filing, composing reports, etc.

Requirements

Diplomat or more
Experience in promotional, advertising, corporate gifting, signage or display systems and products a bonus
Three to five years’ experience
Must have high EQ
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English
