Main Purpose of Job:
The position assists the Property Rental Administrator to ensure a well organized and efficiently run rental office, where tenant liaison and administrative functions take place.
Assist with viewings, and onboarding of clients
Assist with tenant terminations, inspections and the maintenance follow up, to provide on-time deposit refunds.
Ensures that the maintenance register is up to date and that maintenance work is co-ordinated with tenants, in order to provide a more efficient service.
Ensures that the maintenance around rental public areas is carried out efficiently and to expected standards.
Supervise the cleaning of the corridors and stairwells of the rental units.
Ensuring that the office stocks and cleaning supplies are kept to required par levels.
Assist with general administration tasks around filing within the office, including the answering of the phone, responding to e-mail inquiries
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday (07h30 – 16h30)
Occasionally there might be changes to these hours to support the operational requirements.
Experience/Education:
Matric essential
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Well presented, organized, neat and tidy with the ability to multi-task.
Good oral and written communication skills (English, Afrikaans, and Siswati)
