Duties:
Receives orders from sales reps
Before order is processed stock, availability must be confirmed
Process orders on Pastel Partner
Confirm that client account is correct if a payment needs to be done email payment details to sales rep
Double-check if order per pastel agrees to orders received from the customer
Order sign off times always needs to be adhered to
After order is processed on Pastel, the customer account needs to be checked by credit controller and signed off by head of the finance department
Signed order confirmations must be emailed to warehouse and sales rep as well as an inventory controller

The Candidate that we are looking for must have the following qualities:

Organized
Time management is very important
Must work with accuracy at all times
Must be able to work under pressure
Strong customer focus is essential
Pastel knowledge is an advantage
