We distribute premium quality accessories from headwear to socks. Brands include Flexfit headwear, Mitchell & Ness, 47 brand and Happy socks.

Job purpose

To run the warehousing of the stock and ensure that stock takes are accurate and that clients receive their deliveries accurately and on time.
To do general deliveries and collections as required.
General office admin including answering phones and greeting customers. General responsibilities

Picking and packing and shipping of orders.
Receiving and checking in of stock/goods coming into our Office/DC.
Stickering, swing Tickets, boxing of orders that require such jobs to be done before being dispatched.
Keeps offices clean and organized and merchandise open spaces and showroom
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Doing quality checks on products coming back to us from embroider/printers before going out on delivery. Stocktake

Full stock take and reporting.
Full organization of all stock including keeping this in an organized and orderly fashion.
Doing stock take and reconciling with the stock system. Any missing stock to be traced and accounted for Stock management

Keeping track of all packed orders in the warehouse. To make sure that they are dispatched to the clients without delays.
Communicate with the courier as well as communication of tracking through Company Systems. Special requirements

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Must be adaptable to change and willing to learn
The environment is typically fast-paced and high-energy, so this person needs to be self-driven with full of energy.
Drivers license and own vehicle
Computer literate with an emphasis on Google sheets.
Able to communicate in person and on the telephone and the ability to upsell if needed.
