The Receptionist/Office Administrator will be responsible for:
Receiving and assisting Visitors, Clients and Delivery personnel
Handling Access control duties and record all access to premises
Receiving and directing calls, taking and relaying messages
Ensure a safe and spotless receiving area at all times
Handle related administrative duties
Keep record of visitor access
Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
Ensure maintenance of all equipment in the front office
Keep Manager updated on events
Handle overflow typing and administrative duties as requested by operational Manager
Report faulty switchboard lines immediately
Keep record of messages and follow up with related staff members
Experience:
3 years or more experience in a similar role
Experience handling busy switchboard
Customer Service experience
Qualifications:
Matric with the English Language
Diploma/ Degree
Skills:
Customer Service Attitude
Accurate Typing
Ability to work in MS Office, Outlook and MS Word
High Attention to Detail
Organized and able to plan ahead
Friendly manner in dealing with people at all levels
