Duties & Responsibilities:
Basic finance duties i.e. banking and payment administration & assisting with invoicing and payables
Assist with procurement administration
Ensure that office processes and procedures are in place
Office diary management and travel management
Assist in maintaining HR function (Employee records & payroll matters)
Assist in maintaining and monitoring the website and related communication
Execute general duties and requests
The successful candidate must have:
Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
2 – 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Must be highly organized with accuracy and attention to detail
Must be service orientated
Must have good problem-solving abilities
Retail experience will be advantageous
Must be able to work independently
