Requesting information for MM’s China visits for the Canton and Hong Kong Fair
Requesting stock from MM’s franchises
Sending “All to order” emails to MM’s franchises
General run-around for MM in the office (Runner)
Filing International and Local purchase orders in the office and Basement
Ordering stationery for the Purchasing department from the warehouse (Internal Issue)
Creating internal issues i.e. samples from supplier and water for the boardroom
Printing reorder reports for MM on a daily basis
Creating sample picking slips for the department (Product planners, Buyers and MM)
Returning samples that are from the Product planners and Buyers to the Returns department
Assisting the Inventory Manager (Sam) with cycle counts in MM’s storeroom
Creating Repairs & Rework Purchase orders (GEWISS)
Creating quotes for MM and the Marketing Department
Printer maintenance i.e. Toner and any other faulty problem
