Our young dynamic company is looking for a high level, forward-thinking agile and energetic New Business Sales Executive to join our developing successful courier company based in Johannesburg with branches in Pretoria, Durban, and Cape Town. It is imperative that this person has no less than 4years’ experience intheCourierIndustry with a speciality in short runs motorbike deliveries.
We are looking for a high flyer who can hit the ground running from month 1, expected to reach targets in order to earn off your very lucrative commission structure.

Responsibilities:
· Work accordingly to the marketing & sales cycle.
· Present proposed delivery fulfillment solutions to our new clientele
· Compile monthly reports on all sales activities.
· Achieve monthly financial targets due to performance for business revenue.
· Monitor and manage customer call ratios that need to be achieved.
· Strategically turn prospects and leads into sales
· Arrange face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers via cold calling
· Undertake presentations at board level to potential customers
· Close deals independently
Requirements:
· Matric is essential
· Sales Executive / Marketing: 3 to 4 years.
· Courier Industry: 2 to 3 years.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Courier/Road freight sales
· Proven strong sales track record in the courier industry with preference of motorbike deliveries.
Skills:
· Analytical and mathematical skills to assist in negotiations.
· Great organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to cold call.
· Ability to build good rapport with clients.
· Ability to problem solve and find a practical solution to sales issues that arise.
· Ability to negotiate and close deals.
· Able to work independently to bring in the business revenue.
· Ability to understand business processes and be able to interpret business needs.
· Be willing to work overtime when required.
· Be able to work under pressure and in stressful environments.
