Food Lover’s Market is looking for a passionate customer care representative for 5 brands under our group: Food Lover’s Market, Food Lover’s Eatery, FreshStop, Diamond Discount Liquors, and Market Liquors.

Based in Brackenfell, Western Cape.

Job description:

Taking ownership of all customer correspondence to the Food Lovers Holding Group:
FLM, FLE, MLDL and FS to offer service, create engaged customers and ensure customer retention.
To record these transactions and to be responsible for loading of price promotions.

Duties:

Constantly monitor online channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google)
Ensure customers have access to the regular promotions
Constant diligence for potential brand damaging situations
After-hours monitoring at a shift rotation basis (approximately 1 week per month)
Supervising of this shift rotation.
Recording and reporting of correspondence
Replying to reviews
Be able to respond to emails and answer the customer care line to cover for colleagues, when required.

Requirements:

Matric certification
Must have previous customer service experience – 3 years
Good written ability: spelling and grammar in English.
Be able to maintain an orderly workflow
Working knowledge of social media channels and monitoring tools
Patience, compassionate and caring nature
Efficient
People and customer skills
Able to follow multiple SA languages advantageous
Be able to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Be interested in food and cooking
