Job Purpose

The role entails the collection of BLD devices which are no longer trading as per their contractual requirements by walking the streets.

Responsibilities

Collection Of Devices

Tasked to travel to spaza stores that are not trading as per their contractual requirements and uplift devices from said merchants.
Collection of BLD devices which are no longer trading as per their contractual requirements by walking the streets.

Post Activation Support

The asset field agent is required to ensure the safeguarding of BLD’s assets within his / her possession at any given point, and ensure the accuracy of data with regards to device upliftment within merchants
Completion of tracking documents and the use of available reporting
Post device collection – Ensure upliftment process is adhered too as well as all supporting documentation is completed and submitted
Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage demands

Self-Management

Requirements of the Job

Experience

The asset field agent will be required to deliver on a specific collection rate per day.
