We are a US-based technology startup focused on short term real estate lending for investment properties (private lending). Our small and rapidly growing company is fully virtual (no physical offices) and we are looking for a driven, results oriented self starter who is able to work independently, achieve results, and grow with a young company. YOUR ROLE

You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization. We are looking to expand on our early and successful SEO strategy. You will use tools to research organic traffic patterns and competitors, see what works, then create and execute strategies in order to drive relevant organic traffic to our website. You will track and report on how much traffic is coming in, and how well its converting. We will think outside the box in order to achieve our goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and analyze current traffic patterns and come up with ideas
Work with in-house writer to deliver content-driven SEO
Create relevant offsite links
Generate relevant organic traffic
Improve Google rankings
Use Google Analytics to report on progress
Execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

Love all things SEO
University degree
Deep knowledge of Google, algorithms, SEO factors, Analytics, Webmaster Tools and related
1+ years of proven successful SEO experience with verifiable results
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
SEO related certifications are a big plus
