What will you do?
Under direct supervision reviews and evaluates simple policy applications, renewals, repricing, restrictions and cancellations to determine risk acceptability and coverage. If necessary, contacts applicants to obtain additional required information. Sets appropriate premium rates and issues coverage. Answers questions from applicants regarding underwriting processes and decisions. These responsibilities may be applicable across all industries and disciplines.

Client/ Broker interaction.
Capture and administer client data.
Capture new policies on Kindle system.
Adherence to TCF and POPI regulations.
Address and resolve enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain relationships and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance adherence.
Service lever agreement adherence.
Maintain individual targets as agreed.
Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Experience in an insurance environment.
FAIS accreditations advantageous.
Experience on kindle system.
Commercial Policy knowledge.
Marine knowledge advantageous.
