Reservationist / Guest Relations position

Must have previous reservations experience

Must be a good communicator and speak English clearly

Must have sound knowledge of reservations processes and procedures

Must have a high level of attention to details and be able to process a high volume of reservations with accuracy

Customer service orientated

Must be able to plan, prioritize and work well under pressure.

Must be a good team player and also have the ability and motivation to work under own instruction

Must have good computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel and knowledge of Semper will be an advantage

Ensure the smooth flow of information throughout the property and ensure guests are happy and cared for.

Follow-up on all payments received and outstanding

Review reservations, and escalate any issues raised

Review reservations and attend to any over-bookings
Experience

hospitality / reservations: 2 years (preferred)
