Conveyancer (BEE) wanted immediately: Salary R35 000 per month

Looking for a Conveyancer and Notary Public. Must have experience in local transfers (sectional and conventional title), bonds and cancellations, subdivision and consolidation, town planning, township establishments, and proclamation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of property transactions
Manages and vets all property transfer related transactions and process
Responsible for all aspects of the law and practice relating to Conveyancing
Public law litigation particularly focused on Zoning, environmental and heritage aspects
Due diligence’s pertaining to all aspects of property
Drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions relating all aspects of property law
Local transfers
Bonds and cancellations
Subdivisions and consolidation
Town planning, establishments, and proclamation

Experience and Qualifications:

Admitted attorney
Admitted conveyancer
Notary Public
At least 5 years Property Department (post admittance)
Proficient in Ghost Convey and SARS e-filing in relation to property transfer work
Experience with developments and SIMS system
Knowledge of bank panel systems

Research and draft documents
Deadline and target driven
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ability to planning, organizing, and multi-task
