Job Description

Ensure dispatching to external and internal customers occurs within the agreed times.
Ensure goods dispatched to customers have accurate and appropriate documentation
Ensure that internal stock transfers are done on time.
Actively participate in cycle counts and wall-to-wall quarterly counts.
Accurately capture all transactions relating to stock movements and maintain records thereof.
Ensure that goods received from technicians ties in with the return documents and RMA returns.
Ensure inventory received is accompanied by the correct documentation and accurately processed on JDE.
Ensure that all goods received are appropriately and neatly stored.
Ensure goods dispatched to technicians are valid, accurately recorded and that receipts are issued.
Ensure that daily orders are ready for dispatch prior to collection by courier and/or customer.
Maintain daily dispatchers order report with waybill numbers and file all documents.
Perform inventory counts per boot location and minimize variances
Report all counts and variances to the Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements

Minimum Grade 12.
Diploma/Certificate in Stock Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Must be computer literate
Must have the ability to prioritize work and deal with multiple tasks
Must be accurate and meticulous
Must be a team player, willing to work overtime when required to.
Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be an honest individual with a high sense of integrity
Be self-motivated and energetic
