Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till closure.
Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone
Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients
Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions

Excellent communication skills in English with proven persuasive power
First-rate telephone etiquette and work ethic
