Job vacancy Description (Tasks and Responsibilities)

Must be able to develop and test software
Must understand the basic principles of software design and participate in the creation, production, and implementation of software
Must be able to collaborate closely with the development team
Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages
Must be able to think outside the norm and propose ideas and solutions
Must be able to integrate new software with existing systems and applications
Excellent understanding of programming
Troubleshooting and problem solving
Must pay attention to detail
Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with different role players
Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment
The incumbent must have completed a minimum of a Matric. A related tertiary qualification would be advantageous but is not a minimum requirement

We are ideally looking for applicants with at least relevant work experience, who have a thorough understanding of the software development process.
