UDM International has been around for 25 years and we a top corporate sales and marketing company in South Africa. We are looking for a great Quality Assurer agent to join our team.

Position Purpose

Ensure quality sales are made and drive consistency throughout the division.
Set sales standards and ethics by monitoring calls.
Coaching and mentoring.
Inspire and motivate employees.
Implement and communicate appropriate quality standards.
Provide objective, fair and accurate findings.
Education and Experience

3 Year of business degree or diploma.
2 Years of working experience.

Job Skills and Competencies:

Confidence.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
Results-driven.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
