Our client, a luxury safari lodge in the heart of the Kruger National Park, is looking for a SOUS CHEF to join their team.
Experience / Qualifications:
Relevant hotel school qualification
At least 1 year’s experience as a Sous Chef in the 5-star lodge environment
Must be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Willing to work long hours
5-star a-la-carte and buffet experience
Driver’s license essential
Salary: R9000 per month plus single live-in accommodation
