Experience & Requirements:

Relevant financial or Accounting diploma or degree;
Experience in short term and long term insurance;
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills at least in 3 major languages;
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy;
Data reconciliation
Excellent in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
Reconciliation of systems databases to financial information
· Analysis of financial information generated from reconciliations and escalation of financial operational issues

Qualifications:

Matric
Diploma in Accounting or Finance advantageous
Completed degree advantageous

Specific Skills (Technical):

Minimum 3-years related experience in Accounting or Finance
Strong Reconciliation and MS Excel skills are essential
Must have experience in the insurance industry
