The purpose of this role is to ensure that the rental collection process is undertaken in a manner that optimizes the collection of rental income from tenants, as part of the credit control team.

Rental / Levy Statement Generation
Debit orders
Implement arrears procedures
Legal Clerk duties
Reporting
Administrate legal fees and recoveries

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of a Grade 12
At least 2 years Credit/administrative experience
