QA responsibilities will be:

Coach staff, provide training and on-boarding of all new staff
Continued training of current staff, plan and schedule training days
Make sure team hits they daily and weekly KPI’s
Listening to all calls in real-time and grading each call up to company and client criteria
Track and manage pipeline’s through our CRM and provide feedback on the integrity of work
Providing regular, timely feedback to the marketing team on number of calls made, pending bookings/hot prospects, any objections, etc

Provide daily management reports on stats What we offering:

Base salary of R4000 – R5500
Flexible work hours 08:00 – 15:00pm
KPI bonus if the team hits monthly targets of an extra R5000 per month
Weekly, monthly incentives include weekends away and company retreats
