Queen Victoria, a 5* hotel in the Waterfront precinct, is seeking to fill the position of Night Cleaner. The successful candidate will have the following attributes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: –

· Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to

· Servicing of all public areas as per company standards

· Be pleasant, courteous & friendly to guests at all times

· Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times

· Report any maintenance defects to manager

· Maintain highest standard of hygiene within the property

· Maintains the appearance of the Front-office department in accordance with company policies & procedures

· Assist arrival & departure guests with luggage

· Ensure security of guest luggage left in your care & safely store it & issue guests with a luggage tag

· Accurate knowledge of hotel facilities & services offered to promote hotel

· Answer guest queries & resolve problems if able to otherwise seek assistance from reception

· Know the names, functions & locations of Management team

· Completes end of shift procedures in accordance with company policies & procedures

· Any other duties that may be required

Experience:

Hotel Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
Cleaning: 1 year (Required)
