A well-established Tourism Company in Cape Town requires the skills of an Architect.

Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Engineering.
Have 2 years of experience in architectural design development, construction documentation, and detailing on a variety of project types.
Have knowledge and experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
Have strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time.
You must be qualified and registered with SACAP.
Must be able to working on a range of projects mainly related to hospitality specifically in hotels and restaurants
Be able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
Have great interpersonal communication skills.
Be fluent in English.
Own transport essential as you will be required to travel quite a bit.

You will need a basic knowledge of building and safety codes to ensure that your design meets all necessary requirements. Must have a portfolio ready at the interview. Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted.
