This individual must:
– be able to manage and work under pressure
– be fluent in English and communicate professionally
– be computer literate (this is highly important)
– be well presented in an office environment
– be willing to grow within the company and have the urge to excel in their duties
– have experience liaising with medical aid regarding benefit checks/queries
