An upmarket Spa is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to join their team based at the most-loved destination hotel in the Mother City!

Purpose

To oversee all aspects of the operations of beauty, health, and wellness.

Duties:

Manage staff
Facility maintenance
Develop budgets and creating marketing and promotions campaigns
Hiring, training and scheduling employees.
Interact with customers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction with spa services and the team

Skills Required:

Strong organizational skills
Critical thinking skills to handle all of their managerial responsibilities
Detail-oriented and time management skills
Customer service, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Developing customer relationships and measuring customer satisfaction
Evaluating and establishing sales goals

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Experience

Strong management & leadership skills background
Excellent interpersonal relationships
Strong motivator for driving revenue and exceeding targets set
Strong retail and marketing abilities
Good understanding of financials and administrative duties
Strict on following rules and regulations
A customer-centric approach to all aspects of the business
Passionate and target driven
Well-groomed to present the brand
Strong verbal and written communication
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a spa manager
PC literate
Salary

30% of the turnover commission-based structure
