We are searching for a Junior Architectural Designer to be around the JHB area.

Job functions

Drawings for day to day moves including desking changes for small office moves

Prepare architecture design based on design requirements.

Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval.

Provide construction, time, cost, machineries, and other specifications to management.

Manage, support and guide designers involved in preparing drawings.

Review design requirements and determine the best design options for a building projects.

Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas.

Use CAD tool effectively to draft design drawings including 3D models.

Modify and update designs based on review comments from management.

Ensure to follow best practices and company standards.

Evaluate site conditions and constraints for construction projects.

Maintain all the documentation related to architectural designs and construction conditions.

Update existing design techniques with respect to the latest design trends.

Provide project status updates to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner.

Matric + Architectural Qualification

Must be proficient in Revit

Autodesk Vault

Fire escape design

Own transport

Revit portfolio to be available on request

A Revit assessment will be done.

Experience:

Autodesk Vault: 1 year (Preferred)
Architectural: 2 years (Preferred)
Fire escape: 1 year (Preferred)
Revit: 2 years (Preferred)

Education: Certificate (Preferred)
