Job Description:
While expanding their Johannesburg Branch with a driven and accomplished Sales Executive, this client of mine holds a respected and renowned name within the freight forwarding industry and are looking for an outgoing, out the box thinker to join their competitive team sourcing new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling and using an innovative mindset to source potential clients and then use a tenacious attitude in terms of negotiations to close business deals. You will be rewarded with the opportunity to earn an abundance of commission based on the business you bring onboard successfully.
Qualification:
Matric: non-negotiable
Degree: BCom. Logistics/ Marketing or equivalent qualifications an added benefit
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within clearing and forwarding is a non-negotiable
Experience consistently meeting and exceeding targets with a proven track record
Skills Required:
Assertive yet friendly
High performer in terms of targets
Accomplished and competitive
Able to work under pressure
Strong negotiation skills
