Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing routine, planned and corrective maintenance duties assigned

Assisting Artisans on breakdowns and other maintenance work assigned
Timeously attending to and solving less complex breakdowns/ accurately recording the breakdown information on the job card / CMMS, i.e. time taken, spares used, root cause, etc.
Identify CIP
Report of immediate potential problems and safety hazards
Ensure daily requirements /target are met
Ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out in line with the company standards
Ensuring 5S System (housekeeping) and safe working standards are adhered to at all times.
Attending to any other relevant duties assigned the Manager/Artisan/Maintenance Planner

Job Requirements:

N4 Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent, Trade Tested Millwright

Exposure to panel building
Knowledge of electrical fault finding & pneumatic circuit knowledge
Principles of safe maintenance
Basic computer skills
Basic administrative skills
High level of attention to detail & be able to prioritize work
Analytical abilities
The initiative, self-starter with high energy levels
Good people and communication skills
Excellent time-keeping
