We are currently recruiting for an Alarm Technician as follows:

Requirements

Must be able to start immediately;
Leading Guarding, Monitoring and Armed Reaction Company, based in Ferndale, Randburg;
Competitive salary offered;

Attributes:

At least 2 years’ experience as an alarm technician with proficiency in installing, programming and maintaining all major makes of intruder alarm systems. Must be able to wire the alarm and devices from start to finish and programme the alarm;
Install and maintain CCTV systems;
Install, repair and maintain electric fences;
Driver’s license is essential (no endorsements);
Excellent communication and time management skills;
Be able to work under pressure;
PSIRA registered.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Install, service, program and maintain the alarm, CCTV & electric fence systems;
Be available for technical callouts and standby;
Problem-solving on the existing alarm, CCTV and electric fence systems.
