Duties and Responsibilities:
– Achieve and exceed Regional Retail sell through targets for Retailers for the Health and Beauty Region – Deliver product and sales training requirements for the WC and Namibia Region for Consultants & Indigo Brands Area Managers & Regional Sales Managers – National co-ordinator for Sales Mobility App Activation information – Deliver permanent merchandising and visual standards in accordance with Indigo Brands standards & ensure best practice requirements for New Store Openings – Ensure execution of marketing plans in store & activations on shop floor – Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively both internally and externally

Experience Required
– 3 – 5 years Retail Health & Beauty Sales experience – 3 – 5 years Retail department or Health & Beauty store management experience – 3 – 5 years Sales Management experience in Health and Beauty industry

Minimum Qualifications Required
– Grade 12 / Matric – Cosmetology / Beauty Therapist Diploma

Knowledge Required
– Cosmetic Industry Knowledge – SAP Manager self-service and SAP reporting and BW – Knowledge of financial processes – Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Major retailer processes/systems regulations – Brand product knowledge
