Administrasie van die Afdeling se voorgraadse studente opledingsprogram: koördinering van hele klas lesings en voorbereiding van lesing notas; bestuur van studente blok rotasies;
administrasie van toetse en eksamens; prosessering van punte.
Administrasie van die Afdeling se nagraadse studente opleidingsprogram: hulpverlening met oriëntasie en registrasie van kliniese assistente; voorbereiding van jaarlikse akademiese
program; voorbereiding van eksamen vraestelle en administrasie van eksamens in die Afdeling; prosessering van punte.
Hulpverlening met administrasie van Afdeling se werkswinkels, kongresse en vergaderings.
Bestuur die Afdeling se VPO punte toekenning. Hantering van alle VPO-aangeleenthede, wat byhou van jaarlikse bywoningsregister, uitreik van sertifikate en registrasie van aansoek
vir die aanbied van kort kursusse insluit.
Finansies: verantwoordelik vir kwotasies, bestel-, aankoop- en betalingsrekwisisies; nakoming van die Universiteit se stelsel van finansiële kontrole; maandelikse uitdruk van die
Afdeling se fondsrekeninge en rekonsiliasie met die Afdelingshoof.
Reël vergaderings en Afdelingsfunksies.
Byhou van jaarlikse inventaris van Afdeling.
Afhandeling van navorsingsuitsette op RA Stelsel.
Hulpverlening met die voorbereiding en indiening van jaarlikse verslae van die Afdeling.
Tik van notules, verslae en algemene korrespondensie vir die Afdeling; liassering en skandering van dokumentasie.
Administratiewe en sekretariële steun aan personeel in die Afdeling.
Skakeling tussen Universiteit en Tygerberg Hospitaal Administrasie.
Kollege eksamens: Tik van rooster, skakeling met ander departemente en reël van verversings wanneer Kollege Eksamen by Universiteit aangebied word.
Tree op as sekretaresse/Persoonlike Assistent vir die Afdelingshoof: Byhou van elektroniese dagboek; tref van reisreëlings; Koördinering van verteenwoordigers en pasiënte indien nodig.
Administration of Divisional undergraduate student training programme: Co-ordination of whole class lectures and preparation of lecture notes; managing student block rotations;
administration of tests and exams; processing of marks.
Administration of Divisional postgraduate student training programme: assist with orientation and registration of registrars; preparation of annual academic programme; preparation of
examination papers and administration of examinations run in the Division; processing of marks.
Assist with administration of Divisional workshops, congresses and meetings.
Manage Divisional CPD point allocation. Handling of all CPD-activities, including annual attendance register, issuing of certificates and registration of application for the presentation
of short courses.
Finance: responsible for quotations, orders, purchases and payments and financial management according to the University system; monthly printing of all Division’s fund accounts
and reconciliation with the Head of Division.
Arrange meetings and Divisional functions.
Maintain annual inventory of Division.
Register research outputs on the RA system.
Assist with preparation and submission of annual reports of Division and annual research reports as required by the University.
Typing of minutes, reports and general correspondence for the Division; Filing and scanning of documents.
Administrative and secretarial support to staff of the Division.
Liaison between University and Tygerberg Hospital Administration.
College examinations: Typing of roster, liaison with other departments and organizing refreshments when College Exams take place at the University.
Act as Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Head of Division: Keeping electronic diaries; Making travel arrangements; Coordinating representatives and patients if necessary.
‘n Toepaslike naskoolse kwalifikasie.
Minstens 2 jaar toepaslike ondervinding.
Uitstekende rekenaarvaardigheid in MS Office, met inbegrip van Word, Excel, Outlook.
Uitstekende en akkurate woordverwerkingsvaardighede.
Kennis van die tersiêre onderwyssektor.
Effektiewe beplannings en organisatoriese vaardighede.
Goeie organiseringsvermoë.
Aandag aan detail.
Uitstekende skriftelike en mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede in beide Afrikaans en Engels.

A relevant tertiary qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent and accurate word processing skills.
Knowledge of the tertiary education sector.
Good organizational abilities.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
The ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal relations.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
