Ratan & Singh Dental Studio is an advanced dentistry practice based in the gorgeous 15 on Orange Hotel in Gardens, Cape Town.
We’re seeking an experienced dental receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure our patients feel welcome and comfortable. If you fulfill the below requirements, please send us your CV.
Requirements:
Matric qualification
Experience as a dental receptionist
Strong sense of professionalism
Excellent written and oral communication
Computer proficiency (MS Office)
Extremely organized and able to self-manage
Great people skills and the ability to work well within a team
Service-oriented
Responsibilities
Answer calls and respond to enquiries
Liaise with patients via telephone and email to collect balances, onboard new patients, follow up on cancellations, etc.
Provide a great impression to patients at every contact.
Create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
Schedule and confirm appointments in accordance with dental office parameters
Perform tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within specified periods
Supports strategic marketing initiatives
Champion the overall patient experience
Other duties as assigned
Salary: R10 000 – R20 000 per month depending on experience.
