Fraction is a real estate investment company that allows anyone an opportunity to fund established property developers so they can profit from their efforts and experience.
We are contracting sales agents that will generate sales through door to door prospecting.
– The Fraction agents will be responsible for sourcing leads and opportunities from individuals that would like to be invested in the real estate market.
– Potential candidates will need to meet set targets and regularly report back to the company. The role has no fixed work hours and successful candidates can create their hours as long as they meet key deliverables.
– Fraction agents should maintain a high level of professionalism as set by the company. Fraction agents need not have experience in the property market as adequate training will be provided.
– Fraction agents will need a reliable smartphone to report back to the company.
– Fraction agents will be remunerated through commission per sale including a basic salary.
As real estate is an asset class with great value, Fraction agents can earn on average R14 000 if targets are met.
