Luxury boutique hotel in the Southern Suburbs is recruiting a dynamic and experienced spa therapist to join an exciting team.

Selection criteria include:

Grade 12
Minimum 2 years Spa Therapist experience in a luxury environment
ITEC, SAAHSP, CIDESCO qualification essential
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, professional, dedicated and hardworking
Passionate about the beauty industry
Able to cope well under pressure with a good sense of urgency
Own car or living in the area due to flexible shift work
Market-related salary with commission

Key performance areas include:

Ability to create a calm environment where clients can relax.
Ability to treat client information with confidentiality.
Deal with complaints and hand over to the Spa Manager if necessary
Have a keen awareness of health and safety issues.
Keeping treatment rooms up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
Meet and greet all clients/guests
Perform all aspects of beauty treatments
Perform reception duties – answering the phone, booking appointments, assisting reception when needed
Provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
