Min Required Qualification.
Matric with Mathematics
Driver’s License – minimum code EB (Code 08)
Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics and stores management environment; ERP / SAP system knowledge & experience
Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Handling & packaging of products
Receiving of incoming metal
Physical preparation of shipments for export / local delivery
Unpacking of goods and receiving into stock
Recording goods receipts and deliveries/shipments in the ERP system
Prepare sales and logistical documentation for shipments initiated by PM Control department
Liaise with relevant internal Logistics staff to organise the required logistics for the dispatch of the products and refinables – for PM control initiated shipments
General Administration and Filing
Inventory and vault co-ordination
Participate in Cycle counts and monthly stock takes
Intercompany pool account reconciliations
Reconciliation of Au Drillings
Housekeeping and 5S
Inventory and stores management – Including packaging material
ERP system bookings related to inventory movements
Shipment preparations – physical preparation of parcels/shipments
Dispatching of shipments and orders
Participate in monthly and ad-hoc stock takes
General related tasks as required
Intercompany pool account reconciliations
Substituted by other members of the Packaging department
General substitution within PM Controlling as required
