Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a strong passionate Butler to deliver the ultimate guest experience for an established leading property based in the Winelands region. We are looking for someone who is completely passionate about their guests’ experience and can deliver world-class service.

Requirements:

Certificate of the Hotel Butler Academy
Valid South African Driver’s License

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage experience in Boutique Luxury 5-star establishments
Computer Literate on Microsoft Office
Understanding of International styles of Food and Beverage services
Good knowledge of food and housekeeping terminology

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and assist them with checking in and unpacking of their luggage, assist them with setting into their accommodation and personalize their stay
Be able to take Food and Beverage orders and serve at a 5* standard
Cleaning of guests rooms, making beds, valet parking cars and providing turndown service
Communicate all guests requests and preferences to the team to ensure personalized service is maintained
Assist guests in setting up their itinerary for their stay, and making bookings at restaurants of their choosing, help them with boarding passes, etc.
