Amazing Vouchers has been running for over 10 years so we have established what works for the business and what does not. We have recently released a new product that drastically increases the value of what we offer to our customers.

We are in the process of creating a powerful workforce and we are looking for experienced retention consultants with a proven track record of success to be part of our retention team.

Our retention team have had great success through the years and we expect nothing less from our new prospect. The main goal of our retention team is to save existing customers by helping them understand the value of our product and how it can benefit their day to day lives. Our retention’s team is part of our sales department so being target driven is essential to be successful in this role.

Requirements:

· 2 Years’ experience in similar role

· Proven track record of sales

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent communications Skills

· Computer Literate

· Ability to solve problems

· Ability to be empathetic with customers

· Ability to work in a team

Duties:

· Liaise with customers telephonically and via email

· Retain existing customers who want to cancel

· Up-sell existing customers to our new product offerings

· Building new relationships with customers so that they trust the brand
